Where I can find newspaper printed in black and white fabric?

I am a journalist and would love to sew a dress elegant printed newspaper black and white fabric. They already have the pattern, but I can not find any tissue. I traveled the internet and only found web newspapers about cats and dogs or tissue of aged appearance. Anyone have any suggestions?
